Chicken, there is too much going on in the other one. Please keep this one for the guys who know what they are talking about (RDS, Bay, etc)

We decided to evacuate. Spring creek is close to us and is expected to crest tomorrow at higher than record levels.

Livingston dam will soon be discharging 15000 cubic feet of water. If you're near trinity river and not in an elevated structure, you should leave or prepare to shelter in place. /u/Poplarrr
