Those are Mega and Powerball. Powerball has a 292,201,338 combinations and Mega has 302,575,350. This method is not really feasible for that large of a number base.
State lotteries are smaller.

I know a guy that is starting a company that is able to get lottery ticket numbers with much improved accuracy every year.
