My wife was 98 lbs when we met. After 3 kids she got up to 172 lbs. 172 lbs on a 4'10" frame was pretty damn big. She got on the same kick and wanted to do bikini a competition and become a personal trainer. 2 years and a lot of hard work and she was back to 98 lbs on stage. I really believe there is a fatty and a bikini model in all women. There's nothing hard work and diet won't fix, but a whole lot being lazy and having a poor diet will screw up.
