How much are 2 sections in Ector County TX worth these days? Land including mineral rights.

Everything in Odessa and Midland is extremely overpriced.

I have no idea what you're referring to. I don't live in a trailer and have never lived in Texas except for being stationed at Ft Hood in the late 90s.

My wife's family has extensive land holdings in TX and CA.
