Northshore chick still out on bond

When we last discussed this, many of you said that it was likely ok that she got a not terribly expensive bond in the third DWI case, because her bond in the second DWI case would be revoked.
Well, that didn't happen either. She has to stay home at night. Woo hoo.
Our system is so broken in how much variety there is one from one person to the next, from one parish to the next.

I don't agree with it either, but at least when she gets her lengthy jail sentence, there won't be any credit for time served.

She served only 1/3 of her term running errands and doing clerical work for the sheriff of West Baton Rouge Parish.
