I would love to know the dates of the previous convictions for her DUIs. Anyone who read the Nanette Krentel thread learned how Bryan Krentel had about 6 DUIs but since they were spaced out 2 decades that the state "drops" the DUI's over 10 years old.
So he was never convicted of anything higher than a 3rd time offender.
Space your DUI's properly (maybe one every 3.5 years) and you can get dozens but never be convicted of anything more than a 2nd or 3rd time offender.

yes i'm 43.
context brah. i obviously didn't mean I look 20 years younger than her (or my) actual age, but rather 20 years younger than she LOOKS. duh.
always have to have a wiseguy on here....
only one beer though. don't want to look 20 years older than you do, or your actual age, or my actual age.

That is exactly how it should be.
I have a cousin who has a few DUis and it makes me so mad to know she is on the road endangering people.
She is so stupid that she got one DUI because she was drinking while driving thru the long stretch in NOLA east.
She had to pee so bad when she finally got to a station that she forgot to put the car in park and it lurched forward, knocked the store awning down on her car and scared her so bad she peed herself. F'ing idiot!

Do people on the OT think addiction is a disease? Technically it has been defined as such, but lots of vested interests - aka $ - led to this.
A person with cancer never has the choice to not have cancer.

Doesn't matter if addiction is a disease or not. If you have an addiction you ignore and endanger others because you cannot stop yourself from say driving drunk you should be in prison.
Same for murderers--the insanity plea never has made sense to me. It may be an explanation for the murderer's behavior but it does not mean the murderer should ever get out of jail.
