I saw 6 NOPD on Bourbon. In what way is that shocking ? NOPD is barely functioning

There are plenty of nonbullshit complaints you can make about NOLA. 6 cops on a weekend night on all of Bourbon is not one of them.

They are there, especially after 10-11pm. They are trying to get funding for a Troop designated just to the Quarter which would be smart because the state is paying an arm and a leg now for overtime.

Always had a good time at the Bywater bars. We spend a good bit of time at NOLA and Courtyard as well.

A few well placed, well trained vigilantes place on some roof tops could take care of a few of these animals , quickly and humanely.
