Depends on where you live and ages I guess. But you’re right, there are still a lot of native liberals in nola. As well as the transplants that aren’t registered voters.

Most natives are liberal. There are more natives than transplants living here.

I don’t think there are many local white liberals in Nola
I think the majority of white locals in Nola are conservative. That’s based on my experience living here

Most of the whites in NOLA are liberal.
Im just basing that on how they have voted the last 50 elections though.
