Everyone of these so called “peaceful protests” seems to devolve over time into rioting. Straight to the interstate to block traffic until police get sick of it and there’s where it goes down hill. Wait for the pallets of bricks to show up.

This isn't such a bad idea.
They didn't run into traffic. City knew in advance and planned for it, and it was well after rush hour.
But the real genius is the fact that they're on an overpass with no windows to smash and no buildings to burn.
Trying to start a riot is useless.
