I'm no prediction guy, but, viewing the FQ earthcam for the last 30 minutes, Tito's helped, lots of young whites and blacks , dressed in all black are headed towards the river.

I’ve always thought this, outside agitators are the reason for any violent “race” issues in NOLA. While there are racial tensions here, there is not much recent history of racial violence. Until the monument thing, influenced by those mentioned in the article. It’s a shame really

So I just now checked back on the FQ cam and nI noticed more than before, tourist/general folk heading away from the river and more non-tourist, young black garb types heading the other way. I hope they know NOPD don't ply/
