No, but obviously he is committing his time to sit there already. If I was going to stand there and watch the hole I could not in good faith just film unsuspecting cars hit it at 50 while laughing at them. Possibly I'm just a better person than you.

I'm assuming a driver can sue the city for this, right?

You would think once the ambulance hit it, they would get on the radio and get authorities out, I get it…there no one to answer the call.
