NOLA Area Flag/Banner Stores?

Looking for a couple relatively inexpensive flags for my front porch in the Nola area. Went to the flag store on magazine and they wanted $60 for a city of NO flag. Amazon has them for $5-$30 for similar quality.
Long story short, I need a nice looking city of new orleans flag under $30 for this sunday. What stores in town should I check out?

Should've bought the flag from the two gay guys. You've already spent more hours driving aroudn and posting on this board regaurding the overpriced flag when you could've been drinking and old fashion on your porch, admiring the flag in these 20-30 kt gusts.
