I was down there last week, and I saw easy targets all over the place. I was at a red light and saw a nerdy, weak-looking, nicely dressed guy in a suit and tie, on Canal between Claiborne and Broad, getting into his luxury SUV with his family, his wife in a nice dress, hair all done up, full makeup, all decked out in jewelry, and two little girls in nice dresses and stockings and dress shoes. I was thinking, "These people are seriously naive." He was begging to get robbed.
