I'm well aware.

Is what you just did. Treat someone as an asset and you might get better results.

You clearly aren't.

Treating expenses as an asset is the path to BK.

Nope. I'm showing you the absurdity of YOUR request for a list of every "good" company on the planet. You claimed there were none. Why can't you list them?

...and now you know why they left anyway. There, you learned something free of charge.

Indeed. They were an expense, not an asset. Assets don't disapper on you for $0.25/hr. I already knew that. Now tell me why they should be treated as an asset, rather than an expese.

They do when their boss is an a-hole. Case in point.

Over the fence. You're (appreantly) too dumb to realize it.

This is your plan? Make it about me? I'm flattered.

If you want to describe a boss that gave someone a 25%, raise as the a-hole in a transaction where an "asset" left for a 1% raise go ahead. I'm only going to laugh at you.

And no one in this thread is going to wonder why you're perpetually unhappy with your employment opportunities.

I and others that really know their shite began seeing this trend probably 30 years ago and warning about it. The real underlying problem is that no non immigrants believe in the American dream anymore. Work your arse off, get as much education as you can afford and eventually you do well. This is for suckers now.

They see a rigged game, a rigged market and if you aren’t born wealthy you are screwed so only chance is get rich schemes. So they see no value in hard work. This is a huge threat to our way of life we better fix

But notice... not a damn one of them wants to do the work to be on the other side of the transaction.

If it's so easy, why aren't you successful?

Let's face it it, it's waaay easier to bitch and moan rather than become a business owner, employ people, and make all that "easy money" from "poor downtrodden, exploited" workers.

Imagine how shitty the environment must be to leave for a 1% increase. And you don't even see it.

Project much? You've never worked for me a day in your life. You're making up a story in your head that makes you feel better. Have at it. I won't interrupt your dream.

It's pretty obvious to everyone but you. I'm just restating things you have said yourself.
