NOPD falsely charges crazy New Orleans Mayorial Candidate with assault
And people want to know why there is distrust with the NOPD. The NOPD officer who filed the assault charge should be terminated immediately.

Back in the day we hung in the same circle of friends. He seemed OK. But this guy looks like a total jackass in the video. He has no chance.

Planning to run for mayor, but just recently learned of the monument removal.
