Yep i had one from 1990 till late 90's. there was a girl named suzy at village barber shop that cut everyones hair... all exactly the same.

It is real, but is not unique to the berry. Houma loves it some white trash hairstyling as well (at least when I was there). I'm actually in New Iberia tomorrow for work. I will keep count of sightings.
