All I can say is a bad traffic problem never recovered since Katrina. So many people came to B.R. after the storm...

How many years of studies does it possibly take? I mean frick, they've been "studying" it for 25 g damn years. Mayor to mayor, governor to governor.
They improved the Airline Hwy at Sherwood Forrest intersection. That's about it. And some would argue that it really didn't improve it that much. Mainly because we have a bunch of ADD retards driving that don't pay attention at traffic signals and play on their phone while half of the already too quick green light signal has gone through.
