I told you in my first post the maternity issue was not set in stone
Someone should have told the employees then. How did that decision and the fricking rude arse suggestion that you shoudl have been putting money away on your own make it to employees?

nd I didn’t think it was correct she would be part of the gpt issue
She was until it got escalated. And he schedule for the next two weeks reflects that with only two shifts instead of 3.

I couldn't give a frick what you actually are. The facts of what happened are the facts. You bumping something a week later and thinking you are making some point will never change that.
In fact, you bumping this and trying to gloat over this says a lot about the decision makers at Ochsner.

We’re going to destroy our hospital system. Not from overwhelming it with the disease but from bankrupting it from a lack of patients.

Those pesky decision makers that still have all 27k employees getting full paychecks and merit increases
Pure petulance

I noticed you don't address anything else, because you know there's no defending it.
You're god damn right I'm petulant about how Ochsner handled this originally. Anyone not drinking the koolaid would be too.

Even if they didn’t make medical leave exceptions, they are just asking employees to take gpt right now to reduce a liability and to have hours used to be ready to work for the ramp up
Anyone that truly is appalled at that has ZERO SELF AWARENESS IN THIS TIME

Neat. It's a shite policy for expectant mothers. Which according to you they already thought of, so apparently they agree.

DO you think this situations means you can make any decision you want and everyone should just be grateful just because?

In fairness they did mail out letters asking for donations to help pay their staff

Think about this
A salaried pregnant woman right now is sitting at home doing little work and getting 100% pay. Now, they aren’t being forced to use gpt like all other employees, so they are still building that up while being at home with little work and getting full pay
Then, in June, they have the baby when work is ramping up and we need their services, and they go out for 8 weeks or so still with full pay because they were allowed to bank gpt while not really working for two months
That should be something an employee is truly grateful for, not something that is simply expected....Asking those people to take part of the gpt usage program to me would not have been a huge slight worthy of outrage, it would simply be Ochsner treating all employees the same
But instead of being grateful of the exception they made for expectant mothers, you act like it was some right they must do
I’m ready for the downvotes because people don’t like hearing this

None of that applies here, so not sure why you keep going back to it.

Keep inventing whatever lie you need to. I said the policy is shitty, and I'll stand by it for all time. They obviously thought it was shitty too, so they changed it.

Consider that maybe what you've been peddling is bullshite and everyone sees through it. The facts of the situation will never change no matter how much you try to spin it.
Staff meeting was held. Things were said. It got escalated. Policy eventually changed.
You cannot change these facts no matter how much you try.

Dude you admitted you would be pissed if Ochsner did not make exceptions for expectant mothers, no?

Not sure what you're referencing, but it's never going to change what was said at the staff meeting regarding this issue.

You could have responded with “we will see“, or “I hope”, but you were just a sniveling little shite
It seems your wife’s leader did a poor job of communication. I can in and told you to wait because I didn’t think that’s right. But you just hate me, and already want me to get fricked so you didn’t listen and were a shite head
It happens. We hate each other

You said that in reference to the actual maternity benefit, and it was 6 days ago.

Seriously, frick you. The staff meeting happened, and the policy and the and the "you should have been saving on your own" remarks had been made. That's a shitty look for yall no matter how you want to spin it.

I told you to get fricked because you bumped this in some weak arse gotcha attempt and you've been posting lies.
You're a lair, and a shill, and you're a prick on here even when you're wrong. You've turned into the worst poster here.
