Stands for "the". I think it started when Ohio State started calling itself THE Ohio State University and people started abbreviating it tOSU instead of just OSU. Now it's spread to other things and is frequently used in a sarcastic way to make fun of someone or something with an exaggerated sense of importance.

SJW stands for Social Justice Warrior. It's a pejorative reference to the rabid, screaming PC crowd who find oppression or offense in literally everything anyone says or does. They make unreasonable demands to accommodate their sensitivities, like safe spaces for certain races, weird gender pronouns, reparations for ancient wrongs, death to all white heterosexual males, etc. They aren't necessarily bad people, but they are definitely bat shite crazy.
