Why would you want them to treat it? They won't anyway.

Like appraisals, termite inspections are worthless "feel good" documents.

I'm glad he got them to treat it for free.

That said, they missed the infestation and are telling him there's no need to go inside the walls. Do you agree with that?

I am always unimpressed with $90 termite inspections. Pay more and get a real inspection.
