How big is your yard? I have property lines a couple hundred yards from my house. A neighbor could be feeding the squirrels for all I know.

First: the OP was in April so it was hypothetical, no apple trees are productive in Arkansas in April, the apples on them are maybe a half an inch across.
If they are Arkansas Blacks, one of the best keeping apples, be thankful.
If somebody's tree is that productive, have a neighborhood apple shake with old sheets under the tree(s) to make it easier, and if there are enough apples, it's time to make cider.
Remember the immortal words of Thomas Jefferson: this country is coming along well as we're eating our fruits instead of drinking them.
