needing garage type/company recommendations

i need to get a 22ft wide x30ft long garage built on an existing slab driveway and i wanted something strong that was done in metal so zero maint.
the popular 2" square tube type buildings priced out around $7k-$8k complete with 2 seperate left and right garage doors.
the steel I-beam construction style that is welded together on site priced out at $19k without the garage doors added in to that price so they would be extra cost on top of that.
while i "think" the 2" square tube construction is fine, i would rather something stronger and may wish to use the support structure for attaching a cumalong or small electric winch and lifting things around 300-400 lbs from time to time.
the thing is, i cant really afford to spend $20k for a garage.
so does anyone have any ideas what can be done with welded I-beam construction for say $12-$15k range total for everything?

why not go with the 2" and have a welder build you a hoist frame down the road?

How about a hybrid?
I have a building from Bison Steel (30w x 40l) with a I beam across the middle. Don't know about the cost now, but it was only marginally higher than just the tube-type setup. Great customer service, out of Minnesota.
A couple of people I know liked my garage so much they bought similar ones.

well im not so sold on their strength to be honest. the ones i have seen look ok but they have movement, not enough that they would come apart or anything but they just dont "seem" as strong and sturdy as i would prefer my garage to be. they tend to give and move some which is part of their design i guess but im hoping for a stronger more rigid structure. i had thought about a rolling "A" frame for when i might need to lift something if i do go with the 2x2 structure

yes that is more of what i had in mind exactly, just didnt know where to find it, thanks
i will be requesting a quote from them today
i wanted the 4 corners to be rigid and solid, then the inner frames can be made of the 2x2 because the corners are where the main strength of the whole building is
