Need route help for a friend going to get his dad who is in a shelter.

Friend is headed from Central Arkansas to get his elderly dad who was washed out in Baker and is at a shelter. How should he go? 49 or 55 and what should his plan be once in SELA?

Will have to go I 49 to oppelouses or go through Natches/ woodvile/ St francisville and then cut across Audobon Bridge into new roads and then to one of the BR bridges.

I-55 is closed, I-49 is at a standstill. I wouldn't try it

I would try 49 to Alexandria, then 71 to 190E across into BR.
ETA: Looks like 49 to 190 is pretty clear right now, no need to take 71.
