Need help on number to call

I have some elderly family members in Denahm Springs on the second floor of the house. He has on oxygen and isn't to well. I want to try and get them out tonight. I am stuck in walker without a way to get to them. Should I call 911, sheriffs office, or another number? Thanks for all the help and prayers for those effected

911 for starts. If they loose power, they might only have a tank or two of O2. That don't last long.
