2000 Wrangler Sahara

I had my evap core replaced and a few days after the blower motor stopped working on all speeds. I've replaced the resistor previously, so I went to the switch... no luck. However, the blower would kick on sometimes if I messed with the connector some, so I cut off the connector and crimped on some spade connectors, still nothing.

We tapped on on the switch and it started working somewhat, so I replaced the switch again, still nothing... where should I go from here?

Replace the blower itself.

My Chevy did the same thing. Mechanic quoted me $350 to replace. Found a YouTube v I do on how to replace the blower on that model. Bought a new blower from NAPA for $75, spent about 4 hours one Sunday afternoon replacing it.

Sounds like the blower if you've replaced everything like you said. Not sure why tapping on the switch kicked it on but I'd put my money on the blower motor going out.

Why don't you get on a Jeep forum where you'll surely find the answer... I have no idea why you would ask that here and subject yourself to ridicule.

could be anything...you need to use a test light to see if there is power going to the blower when the switch is on.
