Any of them are fine if you have the net. Otherwise prepare for broken things. Also - the nets aren't so great for big kids or adults and they rot pretty quickly. Check it every few months and replace, the nets are pretty cheap reusing the poles of course.

We had both. Used to pull the trampoline between the house and the pool and go from roof -> trampoline -> pool.

I'd be more concerned with the aspect of liability and how it affects your homeowners insurance. Its always possible for an awkward landing and injury, but if there's a safety net then the odds of your kid getting hurt are pretty slim. More likely that an adult in their 40's gets hurt thinking their old body can still do flips and shite they could do as kids 
From homeowner insurance point of view, most companies have restrictions related to trampolines. Some companies will flat out prohibit trampolines and cancel a policy if they find out you have one. Other insurers will allow you have a trampoline, but will exclude it from liability coverage (meaning if your kids have friends over and someone else's kid gets hurt, you're screwed if they decide to sue you because you're homeowners insurance excludes coverage for any liability related to the trampoline).
I'd recommend talking to your insurance agent before you got a trampoline to find out what their company's stance on trampolines is before you decide to go buy one. And if you're planning to move soon, consider that you might have to switch insurance companies if your current company doesn't write new policies in the area you're planning to move to.

I broke my elbow when I was double bounced off a trampoline almost 20 years ago. The ones with the nets around them seem safe enough.

Trampolines have a "Funtime halflife" that is shorter than a pool.
The little tykes will probably use it for a year or two and then you'll essentially be the proud owner of one of the ugliest lawn ornaments in white-trashdom.

We got one of these when the kids were like 4 and 6. I went through the net within 3 months and ended up completely removing the netting and support posts. My kids, their friends, the neighborhood kids, and one of our dogs has jumped on it without the net for almost 4 years and I still haven't been sued or gone to the ER.
