make sure the doctor's spouse doesn't keep a pistol in their driver's side car door or you'll be looking for a new physician after the cold blooded murder.

I know almost all the doctors mentioned in this thread, 
. It's a bit unsettling. Call me a chauvinist, but I just can't see going to see a hot female doc for primary care. Derm, peds, something like that...sure. But I don't want to worry about an erection while she is asking me to cough and cupping my balls.

Nope, just NOLA is a small place, especially when most of the docs mentioned are near my age. I am related to one, went to college with another, am family friends with another, one's kids went to school with mine, one is married to a friend, etc., etc...

I get all that, live here too but that's a lot to know in a specific field. You got me beat then.
