Need a floor guy

In ascension.
Came home to a 2 cracked tiles in the hallway. Thanks kids. I assume the grout needs to be broken, pull up the tile and set back in.
But I’m no floor guy...

I learned a lesson last year when three shingles blew off the house in a storm. No professional is coming out there for a job like that.
Either hire a handy man type service and be prepared to get arse raped OR...
Get on YouTube and learn how to do this yourself. You are probably looking at 90 minutes of work max given that you obviously haven't done this before.
BTW, an OT Baller would either sell the house in lieu of fixing or have one of his live in staff hire one of those home builders off HGTV.

Diy or I know a guy that will do it for 1500.00 simple economics in the world of tradesmen is daily minimum at about 1500.00 a day people will tell you that I am crazy or that they know a guy. I suggest calling “that guy”
