E. & G. Cappelli out of Naples, Italy is my pick as the best value for handmade neckties. Great fabric options and you can pick the number of folds, tipping, length, width, interlining, and whether or not you want a loop/keeper.
The administration’s sunsetting of the de minimis tariff exemption made these ties more expensive, but you can still land one in the US for less than $200 per tie (less if you buy more than one, as FedEx/DHL charge a brokerage fee based on a shipment and not the number of items in the shipment). I have a few of these ties, and was probably my favorite find of 2025.
Sam Hober, as mentioned in an earlier post is in the same category.
