Move out of a flood zone and stop relying on government bailout.
Great plan.
How are you suppose to sell your house in the flood zone to move out if there is no flood insurance for a new buyer to get a mortgage?

It's not a government bailout if you are paying for the insurance.
Clearly not paying enough premium. The program is $25 billion in debt to taxpayers. Just another poorly run government program.
