Nashville is great to visit. Middle TN (counties circling Nashville) is a great place to live.
Nashville is blue just like all big cities and hasn’t done a great job with its budget. They are a little heavy on their dependence on tourism so were hurt by Covid.
Counties surrounding Nashville are doing amazing financially.
All in all, it’s far from dying. Bigger fear is becoming the new Atlanta.
