Part of it is competence.

Part of it is corruption.

Part of it is lack of regional unity.

Part of it is we have to deal with the Cost Guard and the Corps a lot more often, because of our geography, which just adds layers of BS.

They are but they are not moving in direction with the river traffic. In fact, they are moving direcly across river traffic.

I still don't understand why there isn't a direct interstate from Lafayette to New Orleans along to 90 route. Much of the way is near interstate standards.

I hope hospitals are investing in entire fleets of helicopters
