Not reading all of the replies... but
These are the people you want as neighbors. They care about something. They are invested in it. Attention to detail. Entertaining at the same time. Something to break up the mundane day-to-day.
Good on them and bad on you if you can’t take something like this for 1 month a year.

Nah man, we don't really have an overbearing HOA like some places. They just ask that the cans are off the street the same day trash picks em up and that you keep your lawn mowed. That's about it.

You need to find the guy off of Power Blvd, who has the same deal, but has the lights synced to his own radio station that you can listen to from your car.
