Last garage sale I had an Asian reseller was in driveway at like 5 am. My wife told me to run her off. We had a lot of nice crap out and I was hungover. She asked if she could look around, I said why not and we made a deal that she would give me 2k for everything. Furniture, tables clothes, toys, etc. Told her she had to have it all cleaned out in an hour, take everything or nothing. She was back in. 30 minutes with a trailer and truck. Gave me my cash and I went and took all the signs down, shut the garage and it was over. Best garage sale ever.
