They are bad this time of year.
No leaves on the tree so they can spot these fat squirrels in the area easily.
I was cooking on the outdoor grill at night and a hawk comes up next to me to get a squirrel not even acknowledging me.
I let my cat out he is 27lbs and the size of a small bit bull out to sit next to me while cooking in the grill. The vet says he is fat but he is just long and weighs a lot. I think the vet picks on my cat he is just kind of heavy. The same hawk came for him but he swatted at the hawk and slammed the hawk down with his paw. He was fixing to body slam the hawk as he was scrambling around to get up to fly off. He likes to grab squirrels and body slam then the hit them with his back paws consistently in the face to knock them out. The hawk hauled tail out of here once he saw his heavy butt fixing to body slam him.
Yup, again this time of year they are more active hunting for squirrels with no leaves on the trees for the squirrels to hide in.
I train my cat by letting him attack my drone.
He loves that game and when I come home he meeoows and goes infront of the closet with the drone to play. He jumps on top of the fridge and when it goes by the jumps on it and attacks it.
Then he works out beating up his buddy and brother or my lab puppy. He jumps on them, body slams them, and hits them in the face with the rear paws quickly.
Then taught both my cats to sit, lay, roll over, and stay.
I am working on him fetching right now.

Is there a more badass way to go out?
That dog is old and blind. Shoulda just went with it.
