My advice to quit drinking

It is work in progress but I have found substitute. Iced tea, spicy food , water as unhealthy as it May be. I have found spin class rowing, or kayaking. Yes I'm an old virgin but alcohol is destroying me. Drink 3 water for the 3rd quarter not a 4th beer

How is iced tea unhealthy? Unless you dump a bunch of sugar in it like a googaloo there’s nothing remotely unhealthy about it
