Prob two attorneys who didn’t have to take the bar during Covid years. I always think about how many retards we have as lawyers because of that rule

Some defense attorneys would hold this as a badge of honor. “Look how hard I fight for my clients!” Clients would like that.

I currently don't have an opinion about how any of this went down in the instant case, but that doesn't change my position that, generally speaking, she's a very good judge.
