Good god. Solidifies my thought on two career paths that I just couldn't stomach - dentist and gynecologist. Could you imagine the dumpster smells from either hole......

I actually enjoy clearing a mouth like that. Some people don't deserve teeth and having uncared for/abused teeth is more of a health risk than having dentures.
The trick is to coat the inside of your mask with listerine so you only smell the listerine and not the infection. The other trick is to realize that you are helping them to be healthier.
I have had dental assistants pass out or faint on a case like this and like Sean Payton says, "next man up".
