Fentanyl seems to be the new drug of choice for retarded addicts. It's absolutely lethal with just a little bit. I've even read that a spoonful of caffeine would kill any human.

I want to be as serious as possible here. I couldn't figure out why they did not propose Hanging. It is a fairly cheap method and if the drop is enough and the noose is properly placed, It is reliable. IMO a 20 foot drop would be extremely effective.

If it is to be an execution, then do it.

I am a terrible person. Get a dunking tank like at the High School Carnival. Tie the guy's hands,, tie a weight around his ankles and throw Basketballs at the target until someone hit it.

I guess you could push him off of a boat in the gulf with weights around his ankles. Gone with no worries about failure, maybe 4 minutes later.

I might be the only person here to have even partially experienced the Gas Chamber. When I was maybe 6 or 7, they brought the State of Mississippi gas chamber from Parchman Farm to the State Fair in Jackson one fall. The second day of the fair, several kids in school were already talking about it and all my brother and I could talk about was whether we would be allowed to even see the chamber when Mom and Dad took us to the fair.

Yes it was still there a few days later when we went and Yes I got to sit inside on the little strapped chair with the little acid cup under the chair and the little cup above the acid, where they could, with the turning of a lever, drop the cyanide pills into the cup of acid and start the gas generation.

The Mississippi gas chamber was about four or five feet wide and about six feet tall. It was oval shaped, larger at the bottom than at the top, with a black flecked, shiny gray painted metal bottom half and glass windowed top half. The door opened up the front of the unit. It was rubber gasketed to seal the inside fully when it was closed. As I remember the door latch was like a refrigerator door latch. There was a light inside and a vent pipe and fan coming out the top, I guess leading to a vent pipe to send the cyanide out the roof of the death house.

Anyhow, a big old sheriff deputy allowed me inside and then closed the door. It was for only a moment, but I still remember the long line of kids waiting for their turn, the exact look of the gas chamber, looking out at everyone looking in and the talk my brother and I had with our dad later that night.

It has been over 60 years and I still remember it very well.
