The hell of it is that lake ridge has better houses, better schools and lower crime than anywhere in baton rouge.

The only reason I suggested it is because he said he is working in Lorton, which would be an easy commute. But yeah, as a single 20 something I'd live closer to the city and reverse commute out to Lorton.
