I normally have a coke zero with lunch over diet coke.

Both have equal amounts of fake sugar

They are healthier than regular soda but both are loaded with sodium which is why they are called “soda” and if you combine that with a lot of fried foods it greatly raises your blood pressure which leads to heart issues

people saying it garbage are dumb. literally study after study showing no side effects, that they do not cause cancer and they can help you lose weight when used to dampen cravings.

and they do not cause you to eat more

essentially all the ones saying they are unhealthy are not looking at the science and the science of the sweeteners used.

now are they as healthy as water...absolutely not, but they are fine overall.

if one is eating a lot of fried foods...dont think they are too concerned with health.
