Been off alcohol for 37 days, and on intermittent fasting for 32. I ingest my last calories before 8pm and don't eat until noon. It has not been that hard, and I intend to keep this up until at least after Easter, maybe longer.

And hell, I'm in bed by 10pm. So no late night anything.

Try drinking an herbal tea before bed. Have some toast and jam or honey if yoy need a lil snack too
