Any article or link? Did you hear any info on the CO's medical status? His abin was destroyed in the collision and he was evacuated with head injuries.

NYT published an accident report that was released by the Navy today (yesterday). It doesn't go into the cause of the accident, but covers the damage control efforts between impact and getting dockside in Yokosuka.
