Yup. Trips had the exact same confused look on his face during that last crowd pose (they popped loudly) that Rock did when they booed him and Roman at the Rumble last year

There's only one way for them to save this whole Roman super-babyface thing they're shooting for.

And still it wont work. They are trying to smash Reigns over and it isn't working.....again. The dude looks great but is hopeless to carry a match without a gimmick, and he doesn't have a great personality. Yet he has been booked to the moon and the fans are rejecting it again. How is this so difficult to understand?

Yea but then what? You can't have trips go on a face run carrying the company at this point in his career can you?
I don't mean physically, just don't think it's sustainable with the crowd considering the cheers he's getting now are mostly bc of Roman rejection and almost zero bc of ppl wanting trips (FTR I love trips)

they have 5.5 weeks to try to get HHH heel and Reigns face
and they got HHH on Smackdown Thursday night to try and start that

I think the crowd would buy in more to the Vince/Roman thing and support that side honestly.
The key obviously being that Roman as champ was Vince & Shane's plan all along, ultimately screwing Steph and Trips.

Roman would be an excellent heel and IMO a pretty competent face after a heel run if booked carefully
