Hall actually wrestled that night? Jerry Saggs of the Nasty Boys beat the shite out of him at a LA house show earlier that weekend and broke several bones in his face.

Not on tv that I remember but I know the dark match was that. Im sure he was super protected if that was the case.

Few things I remember about that show was someone had an lsu4life sign and the dome erupted in an lsu chant as that was beginning of rebirth of the program.

Also remember a raw in like 99 someone in river center made anti lsu remark and lsu chant started and jim ross claimed it to be a baton rouge chant jr was also tigerbaited after oklahoma nc game whem raw came to towm

My timeline was off concerning Hall.

Hall's and Saggs' problems started a few weeks ago when Hall gave Saggs a bad chair shot to the head. Saggs got a minor concussion and later passed out. Saggs later tried to talk to Hall about it and there was a minor scuffle. On Jan. 4 at a house show in Shreveport, LA, there was a triangle match with Outsiders, Nasties, and Faces of Fear. The Outsiders won. Probably as a work, Saggs threw a chair in the ring afterwards in disgust. Hall took the chair and tossed it back at Saggs and nailed him in the back of the head. Saggs is a legit tough arse in real life with a short temper. He charged Hall and before anyone could break it up, he knocked out a couple teeth, shut Hall's eyes, and broke his jawline. This is why Hall was not at last week's Nitro. The political situation is tangled as, for all the money Hall and Nash make, they are not political heavyweights in WCW. Brian Knobbs is (legit) good friends with Hogan and is also Dusty Rhodes' son-in-law. For all intents and purposes, if you fire Saggs, you are firing Knobbs. It should be interesting.
