Sounds like a horrible strand of genital warts…. Something that liquid nitrogen or medicine could not even penetrate.

I just googled this to get an idea of the makeup of Mobile.
This is from the article below.

I just wanted to see how the numbers looked.

As of 2023, Mobile's racial population breakdown is approximately 52.95% Black or African American, 39.91% White, 2.15% Asian, and 0.89% from other races, including Native American and multiracial individuals. The Hispanic population makes up about 3.14% of the total population.

Drummond won the August 26th general election with 33.7% of the vote, but Cheriogotis turned the tables on Tuesday night, ascending to Mobile’s highest office with the backing of three-term incumbent Sandy Stimpson.
With 95% of precincts reporting, Cheriogotis holds a lead of 24,714 votes to 23,370 over Drummond, or 51.40% to 48.60%.
Although technical glitches at multiple polling locations caused voters to cast more provisional ballots than usual, the Cheriogotis campaign claimed victory.
“Thank you to everyone who is in this room,” Cheriogotis said.

Mobile will never be a Jackson Mississippi. The Port of Mobile runs the whole State and won't let it happen
Port cities are notorious for making sure they do not become overridden with crime, drugs and/or homelessness. Portland, L.A., NOLA and Houston are just a few shining examples.
