MNWT: Darth Cena Emerges 3/3/2024

We're still feeling the aftershocks from Saturday's earthquake in the pro wrestling world. Cena, Rock, and Rhodes are not listed to appear but I highly doubt they'll go on tonight as if Saturday didn't happen. I do however think we'll have to wait until Friday for Jade Cargill to explain herself. We will get 3 title matches tonight and it looks like at least 1 title change. I suspect American Made will end the night with title gold. The lineup for tonight:

Also I've been trying to think of something fun to say about the final boss and Cena's heel turn the other night since I watched it but I'm mostly speechless. I couldn't believe my eyes my jaw was dropped when Cody told rock to go frick himself so it really had no where to go when Cena turned. Major props to him for having the balls to turn during his retirement tour it was beyond awesome and unexpected
I thought the show was a great if not even awesome show even with just the matches, let alone once we had the Cody/Rock segment. Add in the heel turn and it was fricking awesome. One of the best in a long time the men's chamber match was awesome as expected but other matches great too

Not gonna lie. Think it kinda sucks that after the biggest heel turn in a generation the players involved are such part timers they likely won’t be on for a few weeks. Should 110% keep that momentum going by being the very first thing on.

OR counter point it helps build the anticipation by not giving everyone what they want immediately

I don’t know if he couldn’t be involved again until damn near mania I actually wish they would’ve left the story alone. That’s really annoying. Theres alot of good shite they could be doing with heal cena

No doubt. I know he wanted to turn heel in the past but I never thought he would actually do it in 2025.

Yes. Vince always thought it would affect his merch sales and make a wish appearances. I guess that doesn't matter now that he's about to retire.
I finally watched Elimination Chamber today and wasn't all that impressed. Cool that Cena's a heel though.
