I thought at at first, but not sure why it would be a turf mound that sat on top of a concrete court.

It seems undervalued to me but on the other hand, it is pretty one dimensional do to the pool(s) and slides.

There is an arse load of money and space tied up in that pool so one would think the number of prospective buyers would be limited. I am sure the slides would be a kick in the arse but the fun would wear off after a while for people over the age of 20.
