Alternatively, shouldn't the state have to prove that it IS ill-gotten? You should never have to prove your innocence in a court or law.

I hope everyone defending CAF in this thread gets pulled over for a broken tail light and loses their car and contents of their wallet because the cop "thinks" you might be a drug dealer without having proof. Then I hope you pay thousands to get everything back. Then I hope you get hit by a car on your way home because your opinion is dangerous to our civilization and you should be removed from it.
