I agree. Technology advancements for people born after about the late 80s or so make the whole concept of generations spanning 15-20 years kind of silly.

I agree that the generations are probably too broad, but I think they're fitting in some instances (like the topic of this thread).

22-35 year olds spend a lot on rent.

If you're talking about things like social media use, it's probably not a good use.

Millennial here. Been a homeowner since I was 25. But I tend to not follow most millennial trends.
